Plans and tiers

One grid of three tiers. You do not choose a tier: it follows from the number of students who had a lesson this month. Accepting payments through the platform and automatic social contributions are optional and do not affect the tier.

During the pilot no invoice is issued: we calculate the tier and show it, but there is nothing to pay yet.

Billable student

A student is billable in a calendar month if they have at least one lesson in that month: any lesson except a cancelled one or a no-show. Cancelled lessons and no-shows are not counted: you do not pay for what did not take place.

• · An archived student with no lessons this month is free.
• · A student you added directly, without an invitation, is counted the same as any other.

Billing

Billing is post-paid. On the 1st we calculate the past month and issue an invoice. You have 7 days to pay.

If the invoice is not paid by then, only paid features are limited. Access to your data (lessons, students, history) is never blocked.

Tax agent

Automatic social contributions are available only when payment acceptance is turned on, otherwise the platform has nothing to withhold them from. It is a separate option that you turn on yourself.

The self-employed regime has a legal income limit: 300 MCI a month (1 297 500 ₸ at an MCI of 4 325 ₸). We warn you as you approach the limit; once it is exceeded, automatic payment stops: the self-employed regime no longer applies, and to keep accepting payments as before you need to register as an individual entrepreneur. Receipts in the app for the self-employed tax regime will be issued by the platform once payments through it are launched; until then you pay social contributions yourself.

Grace period

If you have been given a grace period, it frees you from the subscription for as long as it lasts: you pay nothing, whatever your tier.

Changes to the terms

If we change the rates, tiers or rules on this page, we give at least 30 days of notice before the changes take effect.
